Dark Ages Terrain Video Post

So, I was playing with my little digicam and realized it can take videos as well. How neat. So, I did a quick little video of a Dark Ages project that my buddy Chuck and I have been working on. As a funny side note, I got in a lot of trouble for making it sound like I'm the only one working on it.

The basic process was borrowed from a post the The Historical Miniaturist.

  1. Great little vid. Clear, informative and I look forward to seeing the buildings all finished up.

  4. In Chuck's defense, there was a lot of "me" and "my" thrown around in there.

    ;)

Seriously though, they look great and have all the hallmarks; simple to do, effective to look at, yada yada yada. I may have to try these myself.

  6. Great stuff man!

One thing: your camera is out of focus when up close. I recently found that Microsoft's HD Cinema 500 something is great. My mates and I will be using it for Dystopian Wars tutorials on our podcast.

I think you should check it out.

Here's the link to what it can do:
