Sculpting Update

You have all seen me working through various sculpting projects and have provided tons of wonderful support through all of it. Well, some of it has finally come to fruition.
Top: Uhul Champion, Uhul Warrior, Uhul Warrior, Uhul Leader.
Bottom: Horansi Merchant, Vegan Ambassador, Fragalian Pilgrim, Bugsanian Fixer (top view)

Several of my early sculpts were submitted to 15mm.co.uk for consideration for their SHM miniatures line and well, of the eight I submitted, eight were accepted. I have received metal masters and a quick snap of the metal masters from Gavin at 15mm.co.uk. He has given me permission to show these pre-production masters on ISLP with the provision that I make it clear that these are pre-production masters and are NOT AVAILABLE for sale just yet. Gavin will make an announcement when they are released and is shooting for sometime in the next couple of months.

This is very exciting for me. Working with Gavin has been incredibly informative and educational and he is a pleasure to work with. He's inspired me and pushed me to try new things and helped me to learn some of the little bits of sculpting that I just couldn't figure out on my own. He is not the only person to do so, but I cannot deny that he has helped a lot.

I hope to have some better pics to show soon, but the above preproduction proof sent by Gavin should suffice for now.

Enjoy!

  5. Thanks guys. All the support and feedback I've received here and from others has really meant a lot.

I'm still learning, but it just gets better with every sculpt.
